If you want to move to Barcelona please keep in mind, that even though Spanish people are very kind and helpful, it is bettter that you know local customs and procedures of making things done. If you are new in this matter - I would strongly recommend BCNTempus to be your guide. They really put their hearts into the job. Feel free to speak openly with them about your requirements and ask questions - they have a great attitude of solving each issue until you are satisfied. They also understand a multicultural environment and are able to give you important advice about living and being happy in Barcelona. I appreciate their help.

I cannot recommend the services of BCN Tempus highly enough. It is an incredibly personalised service and they take great care to understand all of your requirements, the budget you are working to and then deliver that for you.

I arrived on a Sunday evening and sent Gracia at BCNTempus an email, by Monday afternoon Gracia had arranged five viewings for me that day! After those viewings we both had a better of idea of what I was looking for and I changed the remit slightly . She immediately adapted and we had 5 viewings the next day, there were three of them that I considered perfect fits and ultimately we discussed between ourselves and decided on the right one.

But they already had viewings lined up for the following day in case the deal fell through.

Never once did I feel pressured by Gracia to take an apartment I didn't like, she even disqualified some of them herself once we realised the agency photos had been misleading.

BCNTempus have the contacts and network to get you access to apartments that often are gone before they make it to the websites.
